Being a Vendor
Festival set up begins at 8:00 am and must be complete by 10 am. If you have not checked in by 9:30 am or we have not heard from you by that time there are no guarantees on the availability of your space. At check-in, you will receive a packet with your space number and information. Vendors are not to swap locations with other vendors and you may not vend out of vehicles. If you have a trailer that is used in conjunction with your booth it must be approved prior to the event.
Any Food Truck or vendor cooking/selling food/drinks must have proper Health Department licensing. Please attach a copy to your vendor form for our file. Please email a JPG or PNG file of your logo to http://rusticrootsevents.com to be used in advertising. Rustic Roots has a list of rental items we can supply below. Everything else you need is your responsibility. (tents, extension cords, tie-downs, tools, change, etc.) Vendors need to stay until 6pm unless prior arrangements have been made. (Any unusual circumstances will be evaluated, any potential changes or adjustments will be discussed, decided upon, and announced by management on the event day.) Rustic Roots is not responsible for any vendors, customers, attendees, booths, personal property, accidents, or injuries.
If inclement weather exists that will make the festival unsafe on Rustic Roots property the makeup date will be the next Saturday. If that Saturday is also canceled, each paid vendor will receive credit towards the next Festival booth space.
By submitting a vendor form signed or not you are saying you understand, agree, and accept Rustic Roots rules and conditions.
