We only book Vendor spaces on our website. Anyone asking you to text or email them for a space or to send them money via PayPal is a scam.
Our Events are Rain or Shine.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS.
Vendors and Food Trucks will be chosen based on Uniqueness, Presentation, Product, and Display.
We will only pick one of each Vendor and Food Truck.
Example: 1 Mexican food Truck, 1 Ice Cream Truck, 1 Scentsy Vendor

Weekend Special Offer
If any vendor sponsors 2 vendors to sign up and pay, you will receive your booth space for FREE. They MUST put your name on their application as their sponsor. Please email Nancy with any questions (email@example.com)
At check-in, you will be greeted by a festival worker showing you to your location. If you have a trailer that is used in conjunction with your booth it must be approved prior to the event. Vendors must stay until festival breakdown time unless prior arrangements have been made. (Any unusual circumstances will be evaluated, and any potential changes or adjustments will be discussed, decided upon, and announced by management on the event day.) You may not vend out of your vehicle.
Rustic Roots has a list of rental items we can supply below. Everything else you need is your responsibility

Rustic Roots is not responsible for any vendors, customers, attendees, booths, personal property, accidents, or injuries.
If inclement weather exists that will make the festival unsafe on Rustic Roots property each paid vendor will receive credit for the next Festival booth space.
By submitting a vendor form you are saying you understand, agree, and accept Rustic Roots rules and conditions. When submitting this application, there is a $25 non-refundable application fee that will be applied to your final balance. You will receive a follow-up email to complete the full vendor application. Once we have received your application we will review it and will email you telling you if we have approved your application. We will then send you an invoice for your remaining balance that must be paid in full by September 1, 2023. If it is not paid in full by the due date, you will receive a one-time reminder and an additional $20 charge, and a $5 inconvenience fee.
