Are you a one-of-a-kind Vendor with something extra special to offer? We want YOU! We hope you'll join us for our upcoming 2024 FALL SEASON - we are aiming to create the most fall-tastic experience for our visitors yet! Please read below for booking options & details.

We are on the lookout for VENDORS who have: unique, boutique, repurposed, vintage, good junk, handmade, rustic or crafted items.

FOOD TRUCKS - Our visitors always work up a big appetite after exploring the farm & pumpkin patch, we will certainly need some good grub!

Vendors & Food Trucks will be chosen based on their display, representation, unique-ness & product. Please include a detailed description of your business & products in your vendor application.

VENDOR PACKAGE #1: Full 2024 Rustic Roots Season

Friday & Saturday: 10:00 am - dark
Sunday: 1:00 pm - dark

Setup Information:
Check-in @ 8:00 am
Complete setup by 10:00 am
Breakdown @ 6:00 pm
*Vendors & food trucks are expected to stay the entire duration of the day, please don't close up shop early. Our visitors are counting on you to be there! If you must leave early, please discuss this with management up front or send an email ahead of time to Nancy @ nancyrusticrootsevents@gmail.com

At Check-in, a Rustic Roots team member will greet you & show you to your location. If you have a trailer that is used in conjunction with your booth, it must be approved prior to the event (due to space restrictions). You may not vend out of your vehicle.

Rustic Roots has rental items available on-site if needed. You may make arrangements & pay for the needed items in the Gift Shop. All other booth setup items are your responsibility.

Rustic Roots is not responsible for any vendors, customers, attendees, booths, personal property, accidents or injuries.
If inclement weather exists that will make the festival unsafe on Rustic Roots property, each paid vendor will receive a credit for the next Festival booth space.

By submitting a Vendor Registration form, you are stating that you understand, agree and accept the Rustic Roots Rules and Conditions. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee that will be applied to your final balance. Upon application approval, you will receive an email & invoice for the remaining balance. The balance is due SEPTEMBER 30, 2024. If payment is not made by the due date, you will receive a one-time reminder and an additional $25 late fee. We do not offer refunds.
